Step 1: Cut The Meat Into Slices
The meat should be sliced between 1/8 and 1/4 of an inch in thickness. If slicing the roast is difficult, it should be sliced horizontally.

- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon onion salt
